Inspired by the DIY concept and the desire to promote the underground, independent scene by telling stories about it through art, RISE Underground Zine was born. ♥

RISE Underground Zine is about bringing back some of that essence of the art scene that has been lost and forgotten in the last couple of decades. Documenting, telling stories, communicating what is currently happening in this global, underground, alternative, independent scene.
